RETURN POLICY

EXCHANGE
We have an exchange policy of 5 days from the date of receiving the product. The product can only be exchanged for a different size.

After we receive the product it would go through a quality check by our team, depending on which we would accept or decline the exchange.

Products would not be eligible for exchange if;
> A used product has been returned
> The product is damaged
> The product does not have all the tags

PROCESS FOR AN EXCHANGE
Incase of an exchange, kindly mail us on contact@holoman.in with your Name, Order ID and the Size you would like to exchange it with.
The customer will have to courier the product back to us.
The courier address is the same as the address mentioned on the contact us page.

RETURNS
We do not have a return policy
Kindly refer to all the details of the product mentioned on the website like the size chart, fit, material, colour before ordering.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
The products go through a stringent quality check before dispatch.
Incase you have received a defective or damaged product, we will help you.

We will arrange for a pick up and after receiving the product, we will inspect it and provide a solution.

Kindly note: We do not accept cancellations or offer refunds for orders placed on our website.
